When we pulled into the driveway, we became worried because the outside of the property was not well kept. The lawn was somewhat overgrown, the doormat was filthy, and the concrete at the front door was broken. When we got inside we were quite unhappy with the cleanliness. We quckly did a cleaning, wiping down surfaces with disinfectant wipes and swept the entire place. I immediately called the owner and sent him pictures, which he requested.
He apologized and refunded the $75 cleaning fee. The owner, Justin, was very nice and was very pleasant in all my contact with him. This property is on Route 30, which has traffic, including trucks, all night long.This did not bother us.
