Room was as clean as it should of been. Shower needed to be cleaned. Ended up cleaning it myself.
It seemed like there was recent flooding, the carpeting in the hallways were loose and they smelled terrible. There is no complimentary breakfast as they advertised, you have to pay. The front desk never answered the phone which made scheduling housekeeping hard. The only reason I would stay here again is because it is close to my family’s home, and it’s in a good location. Not worth the money you pay for it.
Overall the property was great. Except that the whole evening there was a large group of people in the lobby drinking without any masks or social distancing. That made it very uncomfortable when we tried to relax in the lobby for a bit.
The hotel is near by a mall and restaurants which is great but the rooms bathtub was chipped from inside, the carpet looks a bit old, its cold cold air was coming out, couldn't get it fix at night. No complimentary water bottles.
Very nice staff, extremely easy to add a few extra days… They were very accommodating. The only issue we have is the room key kept deactivating… Other than that it was a wonderful stay thank you for everything
The AC unit was making a horrible sound every time It came on to cool the room that it was hard to sleep. For what i paid I just expected a little more.
Though the late night staff who checked me in was not warm or friendly (1:30am), the rest of the staff were delightful and engaging. The first room I was in had ants. They moved me to another room that also had ants. Maintenance came and sprayed and I did not see any more ants.
