The room was very disappointing. The furniture was old and worn out, and the bed was in terrible condition — it made noise with every movement, and both the mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and the room definitely needs a serious update. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families.

My stay was horrible The remote didn’t even work for the TV. The workers were rude as hell and the room was utterly disgusting, and the bathtub had cracks all up and down the bathtub in the walls and there was dirty underwear and pads in there

The property has a laundry room on the premises but not for you to use. Their is however a laundry facility about 5 minutes away which is real close which I love. Ray is very kind. Never have I had problems with the front desk.

Never going back again. This was the last night they also do not provide refunds if you have paid prior online even though they suggest you to book online if you are not using cash.

There is a serious roach infestation especially at night inside these rooms they crawl over the head boards and all over the walls and floors specifically the bathroom. They up-charge if they want to, I was just there on the 6th with my ESA and puppy and was not charged a $50 “pet fee” this time I was ( neighbors that had two dogs weren’t charged a pet fee when asked if they were) which was then told it was for “damage to the property” and we would get it back at check out. Our stay was for two nights and the next morning at 10am not even check 11am check out time housekeeping is knocking at the door continuously to ask for services. Once we stayed through the door we do not require services due to us just arriving that night prior she then had us sign for refusing the housekeeping service which was very new to us because we have been skipped over for services before and I’ve had to walk to the front office to ask for things like towels for the second person which is already supposed to be provided when I’ve selected a 2 person 2 night stay. Management there is terrible but that is also because there isn’t any management onsite. The two lady’s that work the front desk is always arguing with the customers and claiming that the property doesn’t have responsibility for anything that transpires there on the property. Each night/morning me and my partner tried to do our homework we were disturbed or interrupted by smokers knocking at the wrong door looking for dealers.
