I booked this hotel based on the photos and description on Expedia, but what I got was nothing like what was advertised. The room was outdated, not properly cleaned, and clearly not maintained. It was honestly uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The listing was incredibly misleading. Had I known the real condition of the room, I would’ve gladly paid the extra $45–$55 to stay at one of the well-known hotel chains just across the street. At least there, you know what to expect in terms of cleanliness and quality. Very disappointed with this experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Expedia should really reconsider allowing such misleading listings

Good hotel to stay with pets

Easy check in and best of all my pets stayed free! Could do with upgrades all around but for the affordability it was a great price! Noisy neighbors but again you get what you paid for. Thank you for your hospitality Palms Inn.

I booked a room here, but didn’t even check in. I went to the little dark window to see if I could check in a little early, but the area looked dangerous. All you could smell was marijuana. So, I lost my money and went to a different hotel.

This place is pathetic I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The 21days spent there were a nightmare. 3-4 times LAPD banging on doors looking for criminals or people fighting. The staff who clean they don’t change beddings or clean under the bed . Reception guy has terrible attitude. I regret worse we had kids
