I found a roach in the shower.
Booked this hotel out of urgency while on the road. Upon arrival was denied my room by staff even with clear evidence of a reservation. With the help of Orbitz staff, was able to get my room assigned. The room was in deplorable condition, stains everywhere. Pubic hair on bathroom floor. Dirty bedding hair everywhere. Broken locks. A clear prostitution hotel, with prostitutes soliciting in hallway. Staff refuse to intervene and appear to profit from this.
Absolute dump of the dump. Everything is nasty including the property, floors, beds, furniture, sheets, walls, towels, people…STAY AWAY.
The only thing good is there is a locked door.
There was people camping out in the parking lot. The door didn’t lock. Came back to the room and the staff took the towels and blankets and didn’t replace them and blamed it on me because the lock to our room was broken.
Honestly the worst hotel/motel I have ever been at in my entire life. I had to leave it was so bad. Felt like a scene out of the shining. Unless you’re homeless, or have literally no other option other than here, then do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
The room had many uncomplete drywall work through out the unit, bathroom had the same drywall issues shower curtain rod sloped downwards so curtain would slide down from both ends, t.v. remote had no battery cover,recessed lighting had 1 dead bulb,killed a couple cockroaches between the beds,long black hairs on bathroom walls.
This property was next to the highway, so expected some noise. next door occupants were extremely noisy and made it hard to sleep. management should be very attentive to noise calls.
The location is great and many restaurants around.
Overall, very bad experience.astrangers lurking around. Uncontfertable bed.
It was nice and friendly clean and the front desk was very helpful orbitz was amazing and very nice answered all my questions
I I don't like they want cash for deposit and dont give a receipt. Once they ask for cash and no receipt. When we check out no body cant find the deposit and becouse we dont have a receipt we dont have a proof. The next time after these i ask to put it the deposit in my card but they said cash only and demand for a receipt and they say no after i tell them i if you dont give a receipti wont give you the money finally i got my receipt. Hopefully they change that policy becouse every where else they charge to the card Thank you A
Property needs to be remodeled, towels are not white anymore and breakfast room is out of food and dirty.
Nothing, just a dirty place, room wasn't ready until 6pm. You can't get ice after 9pm and a bunch of noise all night long
Hallway floors had trash, paint throughout the building was chipped, the pool was not in operation, etc. I have stayed at Red Roof Inns in the past and this was not like any Red Roof Inn I have stayed at previously. I guess you "get what you pay for."
