Check in is was fast, we received a voucher for breakfast at their buffet and the food was great. Our room was clean and very spacious. Our family loved it.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Everyone was knowledgeable that I spoke with about the property. Property was well maintained and clean. So far so good.

Restricted hotel, not enjoyable

Took so long to check in . Arrives at 1:30pm and don’t want to check me in early. Then at 3 there was a long line to check in. 2 people just standing behind the counter and two people checking in . They restricted the pool to one hour slots and we had to sign up ahead of time. Reducible! We were not made aware of that “rule” before booking. They said because they were full. Bar was a hit or miss . Beds were uncomfortable. Ordered towels didn’t get them until I call I second time. On top of a ton of softball people being there , they closed down the lobby on Saturday because they also booked and party event. Making hardly any room for others to sit with their groups in the lobby.

Overall wonderful place to stay clean calm and quiet excellent hot breakfast with a variety of options.. Good coffee with different creamers to choose from.. security roaming parking lots and friendly staff only issues we had was water in tub drained very slowly and started to puddle but fixed when brought to there attention and ottomans are peeling and chipping would definitely stay again

The doors wouldn’t open with the card, we waited outside for over 5 minutes trying to get into the building and another 5 to get into our room. The room looked like it was thrown together by leftover furniture from a reno. The shower door had no weather stripping so the water would pool outside the door, it was a slipping hazard. The doors in the room would not lock, so goodbye privacy. And the carpet was filthy.

Like this hotel the best of all hotels in the Lancaster, Palmdale and Rosamond area. Indoor pool and the breakfast are what rates above every other hotel around but the rooms are extremely nice,and they all have separate living rooms from bedrooms. Highly recommended!
