the stay was ok; some of the elevator floor carpets were dirty, one of the launge seats had a stain; my room ottoman was in bad shape; took away from the overall room experience. the snacks/eats provided during the complimentary reception were pretty bad (chips, salsa, melon). i would rate it higher if they paid closer attention to the state of the furniture and uped their reception.

Super gross and unclean.

Place was filthy. Vomit in the hallway for 3 days never got cleaned. Bathroom fans broken, bathroom had tiles missing. In room refrigerator had a broken leg so it kept tilting sideways everyone you opened and closed it. Super dusty and room doors had badly patched holes in them. No luggage racks, they stated they were lost. We had suites and the furniture was worn out and ripped Doors had water damage across bottoms and were peeling up. Literally only good thing was the breakfast bar. Oh don't let me forget the $400 additional security check in fees after we already paid for our room online.
