Excellent hotel. Great breakfast buffet. I would have given it all 5 stars if not for the fac that there is a daily charge just tonuse the fitness center. I have never heard of a hotel charging its guests to use the fitness center. The hotel is in a safe and convenient location, about 7 minutes from Kyoto station.

Lovely and very clean hotel! The staff were extremely respectful and courteous throughout our stay. We appreciated the breakfast options — both the French set menu and the buffet were excellent. My family also loved the convenient location, close to Kyoto Station, shopping malls, and popular tourist attractions. I asked the concierge to help me find a taxi at 5:30 a.m. to Ninenzaka, and they arranged it in less than 10 minutes. The staff even made sure it was the right taxi for me. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kyoto and will happily recommend this hotel to our friends.

Great size room after our Tokyo stay! Theres a laundry 5min walk down the road and a 7-Eleven or family mart can't remember. One hotel side is next to railways but the soundproofing is amazing didn't hear a thing.
