We disnt have any issue, the workers were so nice, check in was so easy, i was ablw to check in on my phone so when we got there jus thad to get the room keys, room was clean and relaxing. The bed slept good. Breakfast was good ! Would definitely stay again . Thank you

The room was a good base location for exploring Knoxville. We also went to a concert at the Food City Arena and it was about a 15 min drive from the parking garage of the event. The breakfast was pretty regular with no change from day to day. We did see some homeless people come in and take from the breakfast out to their car in the parking lot. There were also people in the parking lot using the wifi that were not guests. They would be sitting in their car for hours with the engine running. The area around the hotel was quiet but the Red Roof Inn next door had some interesting people out front. The housekeeping was good the one time I called down to have them come and refill the towels etc. The staff were pleasant and informative on the area. The parking lot is small on the one side but big on the back end but not very well lit after coming back at midnight. I would stay here as it is economical for what we needed it for.
