We recently stayed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott and had a truly great experience from start to finish. First, I have to highlight the amazing staff. Leah at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. In the mornings, Zoe did a fantastic job preparing breakfast — everything was fresh, well-organized, and a great way to start the day. The location of this hotel couldn’t be better. It’s just minutes from Downtown, right off I-40, and close to all the major shopping stores, which made it really convenient for both work and leisure. Overall, the combination of excellent service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations made this stay outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
