Black mold at the bottom of the shower door, took over 5min to adjust water temp in shower, human excrement on the office chair. Too be honest was not expecting this from a Hampton Hotel. Would not return.

We enjoyed our one-night stay over New Year's Eve. We missed the breakfast that was available up until 9:30 AM. I did try the pool. The pool is small and there were a lot of families with kids jumping off from the hot tub. The staff also were in there skimming hair extensions that were floating in the pool. If you're looking for a quiet swim, I suggest going earlier in the morning. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

Jets in tub kept going off every 20 minutes. I tried to cancel this hotel room a couples days before and was denied. Air conditioner kept going on. Was cold in the room. Hardly any towels in room.
