Right next to Guelph University which was perfect for our visit to tour the campus. Room was clean and beds extremely comfortable. The lovely front desk staff were very helpful on giving us directions and meal recommendations. We had a wonderful informative chat with one staff member and current Guelph student on the university. The lovely surprise delivery of chocolates and thank you card on the eve of our departure, was a nice friendly touch. We will stay here again!

The room was super nice and the bed was very comfortable. Drinks at the bar were pretty expensive but the bartender was very friendly. The front desk did have issues viewing that I prepaid and this has happened before at other hotels. I'm not sure why that is however they were able to get it resolved. I would defiantly stay here again.
Overall very nice. Only issue was that our room faced the hotel's conference center building, and there was a wedding going on that night. Even with the windows closed, I could hear a lot of noise coming from people standing outside. The next morning, when checking out, the front desk asked how my stay was, and I mentioned the noise. They apologized and credited my bill for the parking charges which was very nice of them. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly.
I was there for the reason that my daughter, was wrestling for the Olimpic trials at the University of Guelph. Its a rewarding experiance for me to have shared this trip with her, she stayed behind for the wrestling camp that is followed after ther matches on Sunday, she should return home on Friday July 9th.
In a sea of parking they charged us 15 because we paid with points other customers it is included. That felt small as did the suite ours was only suitable for 2 people.

Hello Christine, Thank you for your feedback. We charge guests parking during the week, and offer complimentary on weekends through our hotel. Some groups and rates have parking included per negotiation. Otherwise, we charge all guests for overnight parking and valet.
