The stay was quite comfortable. The exhaust fan in the above mechanical room made constant noise. The shower temperature was only warm. The maid service was on schedule. The morning breakfast provided a good selection of eggs and bacon.

The property is well-kept and the rooms are nicely updated. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast options were decent. Within walking distance to the movies and dining options. Will definitely book here again.

I didn’t stay and they wouldn’t let me cancel my reservation a month ahead of time! Expedia also no cancellation even though advised one month in advance. TOTALLY disappointed in the treatment I received!

The hotel itself was nice and clean. The breakfast was lovely. I was surprised that the staff had no idea about venues or other places in the area when I asked about the hockey arena location. The biggest disappointment was the pool. There was a whole bunch of hairs and lint floating in the pool. When I asked the staff if there was a pool summer so I could at least skim the pool myself she had no idea. Where one was.

I thought staying at the Hilton would be a good experience…. Planned a staycation and got complaints of noise because we had a speaker and we weren’t even blasting it. We were playing romantic songs and still got complaints. I thought rock stars used to party in hotels and now it’s treated like an old people home. Honestly so disappointed I’ll never go back. If you want to have fun don’t go to the Hampton in by Hilton.

Very upset that the hot tub was closers and the pool was freezing. This was suppose to be the highlight of our stay. We were very disappointed. I wish the hotel staff would have told us the pool heater has been broken for 2 weeks. This would have made us choose a different hotel.
