Great option for families that need to stay near CHOP KOP

Very nice hotel. Room was large and clean. I would recommend staying here. Great location. A lot of options for food and shopping.

Lack of housekeeping - asking to have towels left daily was not adhered to. Just a hotel, nothing special.

Enjoyed a comfortable and spacious room and wonderful breakfasts during my stay.

I stayed here five years ago and the property was better maintained. In addition, the first room I was given had ants all over the bed and in the bathroom so I asked for the room to be changed. Given the decline in the property, I doubt I will stay there again in the future.

Property was dirty, crushed crackers in the elevator, trash in parking lot, pool not open.

Please refund my money as we checked out right away and rebooked somewhere else and have photos to show how disgusting the pool was. Not sanitary.

Only half a Shower door. No microwave in room. Lamps dirty. Front desk not attentive with picking up phone. Bathroom sink takes forever to drain. Loose toilet seat. Weak shower water pressure. Pool was closed due to a private event (we weren’t notified prior). Very loud people across from us. Talking loud in the hallway.

The prices in the restaurant where out of this world.. Food was fair but the bar prices $11.00 per drink. It cost my wife more to eat there than it did to stay for a night. (2) people $157.00. (2) steaks only had FF not other potatoes. I had 2 drinks and my wife had 1. Will never go to another Sheraton. unbelievable..

Right down the street from the casino for a reasonable price

I stay at this location all the time whenever I visit KOP. The hotel staff are super sweet, and professional. The manager Ryan, was even kind enough to upgrade my room when the room I originally booked was sold out. The location is great, near alot of varieties of restaurants and even a grocery store called Wegman;s. I suggest staying here whenever youre visiting the KOP area!

Orbitz can’t seem to get my surname spelled correctly, so checking in was a huge hassle. Sheraton is very lucky to have that restaurant in the lobby.

- Phones weren't working the first 2 days of our stay so I had to walk all the way over to the front desk to order room service TWICE. Very disappointing. - Vent in the hallway is a BIG issue, should be a top priority in getting fixed. One front desk member pretended like this was the first time he was receiving a complaint about it and stated "It's not that bad, I could sleep through the noise" - Bell Service staff is beyond amazing!! - Mohamad was wonderful. He went above and beyond which speaks volumes to his customer service!

We have stayed here 3 times and the first two times were awesome!!! This last stay (4 nights) were not quit as good. We had to call for maid service every day and the 2nd night, they did not make one of the beds, then the last night, they put away the pull out bed so we had to pull it out again and add sheets, etc. Also, the service was not as it used to be.
