My dog and I enjoyed our stay. The hallway was a bit noisy, but our room was right by the elevator. Despite being pet-friendly, the room smelled brand new! I will stay again!

Can’t say that this is the best Comfort Inn I’ve stayed in. Given the reviews I’ve seen on here, I would’ve expected better. Hard to give a higher rating when you show up and the front desk guest services employee has a staunch look on her face and appears to just hate her job. The biggest issue I have with the facility is that they only had one elevator and guess what? It wasn’t working.. for the entirety of my stay.. with 3 kids.. and having to get all of our belongings up to the 3rd floor? That hardly justifies the price point of the facility. Yes it was clean, yes the AC worked. But for the money you’re spending? The property manager/owner should’ve made it a priority to get the elevator working as quickly as possible.

A week in Sapulpa

The property was centrally located for our needs and staff was friendly. The free breakfast was a little sparse. Only yogurt every 3 days, only 1 day had biscuits and gravy. Coffee was very good, apple juice had stuff floating in the cup. I don't think fabric softener was ever used, the pool towels and bath towels were so hard. The bottom sheets had piling (little balls) and should be replaced. Only 1 washer and dryer with no change machine and front desk couldn't make change.

My daughter plays travel softball so we see a lot of hotels. The hotel industry has become subpar through the years for whatever the reasons. This hotel was one of the best parts of the trips. Everything was very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was great. Plenty of parking. And the best part was we didn't have to schedule maid service. After a long day at the field having to call the front desk for extra towels or finding somebody for a trash bag because the trash needs taking out or remembering to call 24 hours in advance just to have somebody drop off clean towels has become the standard for some these very popular hotel chains. But not this hotel, after playing in 90+ degree, wind, and exhaustion, we came back to clean made beds, all clean towels, the trash had been removed, the entire room and bathroom had been tidied. It was amazing. Staying at this hotel reminded me of what the hotel standard use to be, and hoping it could make a comeback. Thank you to this hotel for the amazing stay.

Location good for visiting family and events in the area. Choice of various road and highway routes to avoid traffic. Friendly staff. Like the breakfast very much. Spacious room. Toilet exceptionally low and bed exceptionally high. That made it very difficult for us as elderly people to deal with trips to the bathroom and climbing back into bed. We have never needed an accessible room, but maybe we should think about getting one if we stay in places like this, assuming accessible rooms have taller toilets and beds of normal height.
