Hermosa casa ejecutiva más nueva se encuentra cerca del centro, a menos de 1/2 cuadra del lago, con parque, playa y canchas de tenis a 2 minutos de la puerta principal. en la zona más deseable (sur de Pandosy) a pocos minutos de tiendas y restaurantes, a poca distancia. Cerca del centro. Esta casa más nueva tiene 5 habitaciones, con 4 camas queen size y una cama king size, 2 baños completos y 2 tocadores. duerme cómodamente de 10 a 12. Tiene espectaculares vistas al lago desde el porche delantero, el dormitorio principal y el balcón del tercer piso. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una gran ducha a ras de suelo, bañera de hidromasaje y una terraza privada con vista al lago. Hay muchas rutas de senderismo en la zona para que pueda disfrutar de las muchas actividades de Kelowna. Con muchas bodegas y campos de golf a pocos minutos de la casa, querrá aprovechar todas las ofertas de esta ubicación.

Kelowna golf trip

Booking and checking went smooth. Glenn met us there when we checked in and was very friendly and helpful. Lots of beds and couches available with extra linens. Had towels for 10 people as well as beach towels for the beach. The house had all the essentials and only steps away from the water!

Excellent Girls Weekend!

This property is the perfect size for a large group celebrating an event. The photos do not do the property justice, it is gorgeous so spacious! You cannot beat the location - 5 minute drive to downtown, 1 minute walk to the beach. Cannot say enough good things about the owner. Glenn made booking a breeze was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. 10/10 will stay here again recommend to everyone! Thanks again Glenn!

Amazing Stay in Kelowna

We were given clear instruction to get into the property which was well located in Kelowna in a beautiful area. Once settled in we had a visit from the representative of the owner to make sure we were warmly welcomed. He gave us a tour of all the important aspects of the dwelling which was helpful as well as pointing out places of local interest as well as helpful pointers for getting around. There were shops near by and it was no distance to the local bus routes. The lake was a few hundred yards to the west and it was a twenty minute walk to the centre of town and Prospera Arena.The house was well equipped and the rooms were all a good size and well appointed. The showers were excellent as was the kitchen and laundry facilities.Our party of 8 had a fabulous time at the property and would whole heartedly recommend this property.(PS The town and the people were all amazing)

Lovely property close to lake and attractions

Our family has a large age range and yet we all were comfortable and we were close enough to the lake and tennis court so that we could walk to do activities. This property contributed to another successful annual family vacation.

Guys golf getaway

We stayed four nights with eight men and the house had plenty of room. We did have to bring two comforters and a mattress. There are 2.5 bathrooms with a water closet on the third floor, where there are two bedrooms and a common area with a day bed and a futon bed. It is importantly to know that there is not a bathroom on the main floor for those challenged with stairs. Glenn is a gracious and accommodating host who lives on site in a separate suite. The location of the house is great with water access and tennis courts half a block away. We would stay there again given the chance.

Family Meeting

We paid a significant cleaning fee in advance! However, when we arrived this property was dirty. The floor mats were filthy, stove & kettle and hood fan were all splattered with grease, there was moldy coffee grounds in the machine, with lots of dog hair around the bar stool legs, and the dining table was covered with black dirt. The living room furniture was stained and covered with more dog hair. Walking through the house left my white socks black. Six people were required to shower in 1 bathroom as the main bathroom shower scalded us, as it would not regulate the temperature & all the fancy knobs for extra water features did not work. This place needs a thorough deep cleaning, have its furnishings professionally steam cleaned and shower plumbing issues fixed.

Great location but won't be back

We were a group of 10 adults in town for a reunion. The pros: Great location, easy access to the lake Space in general is great for 10 adults. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. The cons: House needs to be updated Floors were quite dirty. Blinds were layered in dust. The owner is on site but that wasn't an issue for us although one of his acquaintances did enter the house while we were there. He left as soon as confronted but it is strange that we couldn't lock the back door though the owner could from his side. Kitchen is not really well stocked. A lot of the items were old, dirty and need to be replaced. Fridge leaked and the wine cooler did not work. Unfortunately we won't be back to this house as there to many cons for the price you pay. Especially concerning that people have access to the house when you're not there.

Great stay

Glenn was amazing, super accommodating with everything we needed, the house was extremely clean and the location is great. Super close to the park where we could go sit by the water. Plenty of room for our group of 10 people. Highly recommend this property!

Bachelorette Trip

Went on my bachelorette trip with 10 girls. Great location near the beach and downtown. Spacious with lots of bedrooms to accommodate all of us girls. My only complaint is that it was not very clean when we arrived (the floors felt quite dirty!!!).

Good place , very nice house .

All renting process are smooth, Glenn is very easy to talk to and helpful for what we need. We will rent this place again if we have a chance to visit Kelowna.

Great location

Close to beach and restaurants. Glenn was very friendly. Checkin process could be smoother, as we did not receive details until later in the evening before checking. Nonetheless it all worked out! Coffee machine and toaster do not work, would also be nice if there were condiments in the fridge. I would also suggest that it’s disclosed that the property manager is onsite, however that said we didn’t know Glen was there. Overall it’s a pretty good property and we had a good weekend!

wedding party house

We found this house while planning a quick wedding in Kelowna. Glenn the owner was at the house when we arrived and had an office in the garage for any questions or concerns. The house had plenty of room for our 11 guests and all the equipment in the kitchen we would have needed. The only thing we would have liked was more hand soaps throughout the house for such a large amount of guests. Two parking passes for street parking were provided and then some spots in the back of the house.

Disappointed

The place was extremely dirty. Inside and on Front deck Cable went off at least 5 times an hour. We had to wash glasses before we could use them. Appliances we high end. Showers good It really needs a major cleaning by a professional cleaner
