Everything with the hotel itself was great. We faced the road and it was a little noisy being able to hear the traffic but overnight it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was good, but would have appreciated a couple more fruit options.

I’ve stayed at this property a couple of times and had decent enough experiences. My most recent stay, I was greeted by Ryan, guest services supervisor, who had a rather unwelcoming attitude. I let him know I wanted to pay cash for my room when I checked in, he replied that I could pay cash the next morning but not at check in as the charge wasn’t posted (I’ve paid cash upon check in plenty of times, so I know this isn’t true but ok). The energy conveyed was on the smug side. Morning of checkout, I come down to checkout and pay cash and lo and behold, my card had been charged. The morning staff (two ladies, I didn’t get their names) were nice enough to help reverse the credit card charge, apologize and take the payment I had intended to use. It’s a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning (especially with the weird energy the night before). Morning staff were lovely, room was clean, airport shuttle was prompt.
