Apart from very old and smelly room/suite, a few fly and mosquitos, the Manager (Mike) simply said this is out of his control. The worst is I need to wait more than half hour after 8am to check out due to no services to check the room for deposit refund. The manager when charging money definitely with big smiles, but come to check out just ignorance... I will never ever recommend this place at all.

I liked the family activities - outside corn hole game, board games to play , picnic areas , just a very relaxing area and the staff were all very nice and helpful. being able to park right outside our door and unload our luggage was really nice.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Although the building itself looks older, the room was clean, looks like it was renovated. Everything worked. The breakfast area was very clean, the staff was very friendly and always on stand by. I liked that it's a small establishment so it feels that everything is taken care of. Will recommend to others and try book there again, when visiting Kelowna.
