The bbq’s need maintenance. Some burners do not work. Spoke with the guy who stayed there last year and they’ve changed nothing to the bbq’s Place is good over all. The breakfast is good as well Our stay was good quiet place

Memorable vacation in Kelowna

Our family trip was excellent and our day starts with great breakfast. Jorden makes our day with very smiling face and helps us in showing the various stuff are with great smile. Our check in was great with smiling happy face.. We also had a small puppy dog with us and all staff were very friendly. House keeping staff were good and clean the rooms very well. They don’t rush and do their job. Our check out was great with dilpreet, very nice staff always keeping us happy which makes our vacation very memorable. In the evening we used to sit by the benches near barbecue and very peaceful sitting. We will definitely come again hopefully your pool will be ready to use. We missed pool this time. Next one suggestion that I have booked the rooms online and I also called your hotel to check the rates and was surprised it was $250 more so I think booking online is cheaper I don’t know what formula is used to book directly. But anyway it must your policy Overall we all family is very happy with our stay.

Disappointing stay in Kelowna!

Disappointing 1 night stay on our road trip through British Columbia. Check in went fine. On entering the room it smelt of damp and the carpet had seen better days. A small storage area between the 2 bedrooms that needed a light to see, which flicked constantly when on. Had to go back to reception to ask for a kettle for the room to make tea, which needed signed out of inventory for. Although the beds felt newer, the rest of the room felt dated and damp/depressed. The noise as people walked past could be heard really easily so we were kept awake in the evening and early in the morning, which wasn't ideal. Breakfast was complete chaos (families gathering piles of food to take with them for the day in particular), not entirely the poor staff member's fault trying to keep things under control but I had to ask for hot water to make a cup of tea as there was yet again only coffee facilities there. The small toasting machine was right in the corner and people were then queueing to use it in front of all the other food/drink and nobody could get through. All the crockery and cutlery were disposable - again not ideal when you break a knife trying to butter toast or have leftover milk from cereal you can do nothing with.

Sadly, the pool was having maintenance when we were there. Our only other complaint was the noise between floors. The group above us was pretty loud at night, though only until about 10:30.

The service was exceptional! The room layout was perfect for 3 generations of females! The only issue was the pool was out of service and Kelowna, in the middle of summer, is hot and a pool for the tween would have been appreciated.
