Satisfactory stay but overpriced.

Large living/bedroom/kitchen with extra private bedroom. Beds very soft and couch with holes in fabric. Worn rug and back door that wouldn’t lock. Overpriced for lack of quality. A wide variety of breakfast items incl gluten free muffins.

We liked the location, the morning breakfast was acceptable, more options would have been nice, and it was very pet-friendly. The staff was friendly. Although the room was clean, it was quite dusty; the lamps and phone had not been dusted, and the floors were a bit sticky. The kitchen was well-stocked.

Everything was good when my family and I lived there for 2 nights. We rented a unit of 2 bedrooms for 4 people, and the AC wasn't able to reach to the 2nd bedroom unfortunately. Secondly is the pool + sauna was open from 9 am to 9 pm, so it was a bit too late for morning and too early for evening. Lastly was the breakfast, it was very poor quality and simple. Don't expect too much about their breakfast. (I guess we got what we paid for.)

Kelowna with stuff to do

Was a great suite with lots of room, full sized fridge, stove, microwave, sink and some kitchen cook ware. Lots of games to play, pool and continental breakfast. Close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Lovely, peaceful get away. Easy to drive to and just a smidgen off the main highway.

The staff is friendly and check-in is easy. The breakfast was simple and plentiful. I was pleasantly surprised when they had cherries one morning. The bedding was clean and the mattresses are soft. I liked that it is family oriented. Everything you need is in walking distance if you don’t have a car, and it is located next to a park and rec centre. Like some others have said, the carpet in my room needed cleaning, but this can happen in a busy, older motel. I’m sure they will take care of it, as based on other reviews this doesn’t seem to be the case in all rooms and their service is great. They really seem to want to do their best.

Great location, I like it’s away from the main strip so I found it very quiet plus there’s plenty of dining / shopping options near by :) I come to Kelowna several times a year and I will definitely stay again plus I’m impressed with the staff, very friendly and informative
