Wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities. We spend the entire evening waiting for luggage at the airport that never showed up.

The hotel rooms are a little bit outdated (mostly the bathroom) but were very clean, which is a plus. The staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed our meals at the Oak Cru. I look forward to comeback!

Generally this is decent place to stay with an excellent location. Our experience wasnt the best to be frank. But, I am also going to chalk part of that up to unprecedented times we are in and would also note that the hotel did their best to balance the situation. Location- 9/10. Right on the lake, 5-10 min to walk to where most of the action is at downtown. Rooms- 5 star in early 2000's... a bit dated now. Amenities- Not really a resort in my opinion. Limited to an outside pool. Restaurant- Very good restaurant with amazing atmosphere in the hotel. But, it was so busy with non-hotel guests circulating in the hotel... during a pandemic... that it was a bit uncomfortable. Service- Friendly reception. Comped our parking (much appreciated). Downside... no information etc how to handle no room cleaning at the time of check-in so we came back after our first day and found towles etc not changed. Called front desk several times without answer. Went down to front desk and there are 5 staff standing there with no guests... Learned at that time there is no cleaning service for the hotel room due to covid which I understand is reasonable. But, they should make plan for providing new towels etc OR let us know when we check in that theyre not available and we should re-use. Front desk said they would send towels up... we went back up and then waited and 20 mins later no towels... called again to front desk... no answer... went down for our dinner schedule without shower. 1 star.

Location is great. Services are great for checking in and dinning. I wish that I could stay longer, but my daughter needed to return to school to her math test :-(

the staff was great. they were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but the rooms need to be updated. the rugs were soiled and smelled. Also the washroom door was very hard to close. They have a very loud fan in the rooms had to shut it off to sleep.

Room not clean desk underneath sticky

The hotel itself is nice, and we received a lovely upgrade. Front desk staff were great. It may not seem like a big deal, but the doors of the suites close extremely loudly, waking us up at least once an hour. And our room faced the main entrance and they received a noisy semi delivery at 4 am. No restful sleeps in our three night stay. While the food and drink at the restaurants is good, the service during the day is incredibly slow.
