This is not what I’d expect of a best western plus and Ive stayed in numerous best western hotels! This is a very old building and cleanliness was lacking big time! I was travelling with 2 individuals with disabilities and this establishment is NOT handicap accessible or accommodating. Had it not been pre booked through Expedia I would have left and stayed elsewhere. I will not be staying here again

The balcony was an added bonus but the room was spacious and so was the bathroom. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and also accommodating when we asked to store our bikes. Will be back!
