Our first room smelled musty and discovered carpet was wet. We told front desk and they kindly moved us. Our double queen room was not kept up by housekeeping in all the 4 days we were there. Beds were never made. Clean towels were always provided. 3rd night i called to ask why and what housekeeping actually covers on cleaning amd that beds were never touched. She made a note to do next day. Next day nothing was done and bathtub still had sand in it. I called again and were told again they would inform housekeeping. First night i noticed our bathroom sink was clogging easily: the drain was not draining. I pulled out the stopper and it was filled with hair and gunk. I left it on counter. Next day housekeeping cleaned it and put back in. Although we found the staff sympathetic and friendly we found lack of action and processes to keep property to a basic standard sorely missing.

Shout out to Accents Inn

The staff at the counter were very welcoming and helpful when we checked in. The room was clean and neat. The location is very convenient to walk around to other places.

We stayed at the accent inn for 4 days I wanted to book a hotel that had breakfast included. We got vouchers for rickys right beside the hotel the food there was terrible very dry didnt taste like much. The staff was unprofessional they would tell customers how busy they are no cutlery on the tables and under staffed. It looks like they do not have anyone running the restaurant all the people working there do not wear a uniform. I have been to a Rickys restaurant before and it was not the same as this one. The hotel looks updated but the bethroom is horrible very small and the sink it oitside of the bathroom. One night it sounded like there was someone walking on the roof the area was not the best. If you are looking for somewhere to stay with free breakfast pick a different hotel so you are not disappointed definitely not worth the money staying here.

The staff and pool access was fantastic. And my so enjoyed his fair share of Hot chocolate available in the lobby. The AC unit in our room could use a bit of an overhaul but luckily there were two.

I had a great time staying here. I enjoyed going to the restaurant for breakfast and the room was quiet. It could use a bit of an upgrade especially the bathroom tub. I would stay here again

Great location. Great staff. clean, no complaints on the hotel end. Would stay again. My only complaint is you get a food voucher for Ricky's as free breakfast either pancakes or French toast with either bacon or sausage or $10 off a breakfast menu item and the restaurant was very understaffed and busy, felt bad for the staff and obviously you have to tip so your free breakfast will end up costing something.
