Its just ok. Our bathroom had black mold all over the tiles in the shower and ceiling. The hot tub was also not working. We also thought our room had a balcony but it was only an indoor balcony facing the pool, not a balcony facing the outdoors. They also didnt clean our room even though we had our signage out. We had to call. Overall, a mediocre stay

Parking needs to be improved. Cleanliness needs improvement. The door to the balcony didn’t lock, which we were on the 4th floor so it wasn’t a huge issue but definitely concerning. Didn’t feel safe with all the homeless and rift around.

Wouldn’t recommend staying here

Not enough parking available for how many rooms they have. Place is very run down, dirty, and falling apart. Our room bed was horrible. Bathroom was dirty and falling apart, shower curtain was ripped and didn’t even fit the shower, shower head sprayed water everywhere causing the whole floor to be soaked and very slippery. All night people were slamming doors. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Leaky toilet and faucets etc

The whole hotel is under renovation in the main(old) building. You walk in to the main entrance and there is a huge board wall blocking most of the lobby area. There is a line of people trying to check in and their family scattered around. Chaotic. We walked into the room and hear the toilet water running. The tank is malfunctioning and you can't flush. Shouldn't the cleaning crew have noticed it? Plus the room has no real outside window. It's facing the pool which is in the middle of the building. We ask for another room. Initially denied. The maintenance person comes in and concurs the toilet is broken. They gave us another room. It's a lot nicer with updates except the shower faucet is wiggly and does not completely shut. You hear the water running all night. The sink faucet spews extra water around the sink and it gets messy every time you try to use it. We did not ask for another room because we did not want to move and disappointed again. The ice machines are broken on both second and third floors. I did not check the first floor. The second day our room number plate outside the door fell off on its own. It looks like they just used some double sided tape. People working there seem nice but they need to pay better attention to details on the maintenance and workmanship on the renovation. Maybe it's nicer in the tower(new) building. But we're not coming back for sure.

The property is under renovation - some hallways are tired and outdated. Because of the renovations - it was the most confusing way to find our room - the exit in the morning was easier to find. The computer system had a glitch - and the front desk clerk could not get the computer to accept our credit card for a deposit (in fact two different credit cards). This was particularly stressfull especially after a long cross continent flight arriving at midnight. The front desk clerk did off us a $20 voucher for breakfast the next morning. The airconditioning in the room was not working properly - it remained on all night - was very noisy and did not cool down the room.

This was probably a one off BUT: We got to the hotel at 4:30 (half hour after check in), and weren’t given our room key until 10:30 at night. The front desk staff sort of let us know that there was a problem with getting all the sheets cleaned and put on the beds. And it did seem like a hectic time for everyone. However, when trying to check in at 4:30, I was told that ‘the rooms are clean, we just need to put on the linens’ which made it sound like it would take an hour or so. The front desk staff seemed very uninformed about what was going on. More communication to the front desk (and then from the front desk to us) would have been appreciated. After asking (and 5 hours of waiting), we did receive a $30 coupon to use (to share between two people) at the restaurants in the hotel. However, it felt like this should have been offered (and offered earlier) instead of something I had to ask for. Because no one was getting rooms, the lobby was full and there was no where to sit. We were bond tired from driving most of the morning
