Located in the beautiful Upper Mission Region of Kelowna you are within walking distance to both Summerhill and St. Hubertus Wineries with many other wineries a short drive away. With breathtaking views of the lake from every room we have sought to create a space with all the comforts you would expect from your home away from home.
This stand alone 600 sq. ft. Carriage House offers the privacy one would want when on vacation. With new and modern furnishings comfort has been the upmost importance when creating the space.
Enjoy your own furnished private patio with barbeque whether just to sit and enjoy the view with a glass of wine or dinner with friends.
A fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and washer and dryer allow for all the comforts of home.
The Living Room offers a 5' futon or can accommodate the queen blow up mattress.
For entertainment, guests can expect to find Smart TVs. Kitchens, washers/dryers, and fireplaces are also available.

Charming, super clean and great lake view!

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Tracy and Richard are welcoming, communicative and flexible. The accommodations were Super clean, comfortable and well thought out with care and attention to detail. Lots of thoughtful extras too. Very private and a beautiful and comfortable outdoor space too. Six weeks at the Deer House

Due to an unfortunate need for radiation treatment at the BC Cancer Agency, we needed to find a place for an extended stay while in Kelowna. I needed a place that had a kitchen. laundry and just the basics within a reasonable distance of the clinic. After looking at several other possibilities, we chose the Deer House because it offered privacy, quiet location with a beautiful view of the lake, and modern airy accommodations. So many other choices were basement suites, and this was much nicer. Tracy and her husband were welcoming but respectful of my privacy during this difficult medical treatment and I have nothing but nice things to say about them and the Deer House. All appliances were in great condition; there were plenty of dishes and towels, etc. One thing to note is the apartment is located on top of a garage and there is a series of steep steps leading up to the entrance, which may pose challenges for people with mobility issues. The beautiful view of the lake provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere during my difficult time. The unit is located in a very nice neighbourhood near many of the wonderful amenities of Kelowna -- shopping, restaurants, wineries. My only regret is that the COVID19 restrictions kept me from enjoying these close-as-hand options. Thank you Tracy and Richard!
