This is an older property with no elevator. It is a good value for this class of property. Clean, good staff, easy parking, large room with small fridge and microwave and sliding balcony door on 2d floor. Good economy place to stay.

Very outdated hotel for the price. The concierage was very nice, but didn't even know how to get to the 3rd floor, so we wait for 20 minutes for them to find it just to get our room

Worst experience ever. Old pathetic hotel. No upgrades. Beds are so old and worn out that the springs dig into your ribs. Furniture is old and mis matched. Was to stay 2 nights checked out after one night. Got no sleep and had a full day event to attend, so not impressed. Then had to follow up for my refund. Front desk said they are making a list of things that the owner needs to add or relace. Trust me thats a long list!

Okanagan Getaway

The overall experience was good. The room is spacious but food smell was very strong upon entering into the room. The remote control of air conditioning was not working, informed to reception a following day. They dissipated food odor & the air conditioning was running on but the remote is not working at all. Had to unplug the core from the outlet. Friendly & helpful staff for researching the car depot nearby the property.

We liked being there however the reason for us being there was for the kitchenette and that was terrible. Whomever set up the smoke alarm right above the kitchenette should never be allowed to do that work again. Alarm just kept going off. Ugh.... so much for a home cooked meal. Great place to stay but not to cook.

I love the Dilworth, but they really need to invest in new mattresses for all rooms. And the pool and hot tub were both out of commission, which we did not know before before booking - it was a real bummer.
