We had an excellent stay August 2025 (4 adults) The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast staff were excellent! They were very knowledgeable in explaining which foods contained gluten and they made me gluten free toast in a dedicated toaster in the kitchen! The king room was excellent for a couple as it gave us a wonderful sitting area verses having to sit on the bed the whole time in the room. The pool was a good basic pool. Only reason I did not give all 5 stars was the hot tub was a bit too hot one evening but is was also really hot outside that day so not sure if that could have been the cause.

Breakfast has good variety, room is clean, staff is nice, but we got a second floor room right above swimming pool. I can hear every sound from swimming pool at night which isn't great for kids sleep. Luckily pool close at 10pm... Location is convenient. I recommend if you can get a room on a different floor.

Most of the faculty and service were are pretty match with the other reviews, however, my trip was seriously ruined by the reception lady on restricting our luggage storage. We have 4 people so we were planning to have 4 luggages kept in the storage room since we will be back in 2 days. We have informed or asked about that ahead of time with other receptionist. For whatever reasons the lady on the date of July 23rd refused taking our luggage’s into storage room, instead she ONLY allow ONE. I have no idea of why, as the room was pretty much empty. This is the first ever experience on failing left my luggage in storage. I was pretty much begging for taking another luggage, the same lady took it with very unwilling manner. I have no idea why I have such hard time on such small request, indeed it created huge inconvenience for my family to take with extra luggages during these 2 days field trip.

Very noisy. Sounded like a kid was running wild in the room above us late at night. Staff said they would talk to the guests but the noise continued for 30 minutes after, finally stopping around midnight. At 6:45 we were woken up to stomping which lasted an hour, and then children screaming in the hallway before 8 o’clock. Didn’t sleep very well. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Parking spots are tiny and our normal sized pickup truck didn’t fit well. We would’ve had a nice stay if it wasn’t for the excessive noise

Room was large and very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good. My only minor complaint is that we had some noisy neighbours and the soundproofing between the rooms was minimal and echoed but other than that it was a great stay
