The room was a little smaller than expected, but it was clean and cozy once we got settled. During check-in, the front desk agent was welcoming, though we were given a key to our room before it was fully ready. This caused a short delay, but the staff handled it politely and ensured we were accommodated soon after. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good service, though a smoother check-in process would make the experience even better.

Room was clean but wash basin was cracked. Doesn’t look so good. Bodywash and shampoo bottles and its holder were dirty. Should have given some complementary drinking water but nothing was there. Coffee maker was too dirty to be used. Breakfast was having limited options. Basically nothing for us a vegetarian. I just had coffee and packed yogurt. Not worth.

I found bed bugs on both of my beds part way through my stay. Management's response has been pretty poor so far. The workers tried their best to respond to the situation as best as they could but they had to call their manager several times over the phone to get further guidance with each question I asked. This was because there is apparently no manager on duty on the weekends. I'm still waiting for a resolution with my issue and also had to contact the company's corporate office to try to get this situation resolved. If you don't want bed bugs, I would avoid staying here.
