The Pullman is located around every thing you could use. It’s clean and the decorative elements are beautiful. It’s easy access to the beach and there are lots of shops and restaurants around. The staffing there goes beyond m my expectations. Highly recommend this place.

Its a decent hotel but no way is it 5 stars. My room was in desperate need of a makeover. The hotel grounds are well kept. The food is not great neither or the drinks. The hotel needs to come up with a solution to hotel guests poor pool chair etiquette.
If I was to go back to Phuket I would stay here again for sure. Awesome property, comfortable everything, and a very friendly staff. 5 stars all around.

First, the house-keeping service was not consistent. On various days, TP or towels were left out and when we called, the lines would be busy. Then, every time we turned on the AC, there was an annoying knocking noise. Althought when one was tired, it didn't prevent one from sleeping, one should not expect this from a Hilton property. The restaurants, while good, were expensive and boring. On the other hand, the landscaping is beautiful giving the sense of a true tropical paradise. The location is great - close to Karon Beach, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. And we love the pools, all six (?# of them. The property is children and family friendly. We started planning for this vacation late #2 weeks in advance) and was pleasantly surprised to find a resort this good.
