Our 2 bedroom villa had a private pool and our view was spectacular. The staff is very professional and truly make you feel appreciated. The beach was great and the breakfast provided a lot of diversity, so everyone was happy.

A praia em frente é maravilhosa, com água quente e vista incrível com possibilidade de realizar snorkel bem próximo ao hotel. As 2 piscinas com frente para praia e esquema de borda infinita também são ótimas para relaxar. O staff sempre muito atencioso. Porém, os serviços de passeio do hotel, quando você faz a reserva de um long tail boat privado não é um barco diferenciado e nem oferece água, mesmo em passeios longos, como os que fizemos que foram de 6h de duração. Serviço esse que estava disponíveis em outras regiões como em Railay Beach.

The facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. We were also not told that on the resort is a mosque and you

It’s a beautiful and quiet spot to relax and enjoy the nature-filled charms of Phi Phi Island! The location has excellent amenities, and quick service options via an app. The buggy service was a lifesaver with our uphill villa. The resort offers daily cleaning and turn-down services, has many restaurants, and many excursion options. We had a 10/10 stay and would love to come back some day!!

SAii Phi Phi Island Village delivered a truly brilliant stay for us! While the property is huge, the buggy service is prompt and spot-on, taking any hassle out of navigating the beautiful grounds. A major highlight was booking the trip to Maya Bay through the activities centre. The entire experience was seamless, and the staff provided truly exceptional service—it was, without a doubt, one of the best excursions we've ever taken from a hotel. For dinner, the Ruan Thai restaurant is a non-negotiable must-try. The food and atmosphere are absolutely outstanding. We were impressed with every aspect of our holiday and will definitely be returning to SAii Phi Phi!

Saii phi phi truly felt like paradise. We stayed here for 2 nights to relax. The staff were so friendly. They have 2 pools normally but 1 of them was under maintenance which was unfortunate. It made the 1 pool very busy and hard to get a lounging chair. We ate at ruan and api restaurant. Both places were great. Ruan is in the forest so there was a high chance for bug bites. The restaurant was also very far from our villa and the staff was happy to call buggy service which was such a nice treat! Getting to the resort was a bit of work and I highly recommend you wear sandals because getting on and off the long boat depended on whether or not its high or low tide. You might have to walk out further and into the water.
