We were placed in a brand new building they had just finished. We may have been the first to stay there. The room was clean but the door dosnt reach the floor so misquitos and other bugs can get in. They had no nets so we had to use a towel to block the bottom. Overall its a nice hotel they will take your bags from the ferry but didnt offer to help us take them back.

Staff is fantastic. The location was a 15 minute walk from the ferry and in a quiet area. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with pool. The rooms were quite small and the pool had alot of bugs and my kids only used it for a half hour over the 2 nights we were there.

We Stayed in the family villa and it was amazing, the pool was great after walking around the island in the heat all day. Water, Pepsi orange juice and some snacks were provided in the room for free. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great stay. Woukd absolutely stay here again!

Bed hard as a wooden plank, metal racks for hanging towels are rusty, which as a result, covered my swimwear with rust. Staff not at all accommodating, terrible service.

I was not able to make it to the hotel sunce my flight arrived In late and there were no means of getting to the property, I called the hotel with no answer and wrote messages , contacted the expedia desk with no Answer from the hotel side untill it was already too late, they still charged me for the whole stay In this situation I think there are no cancelation policies that agree with this abuse. The name of the property should be “U rip my money”

My room was so bad that I checked in and checked out two hours later. I'm very disappointed. The photos did not reflect what the hotel actually looks like in person. The sheets were dirty and the bathroom was filthy. The room was dirty as a whole. It was a hike to get to and from my room. I would not recommend anyone stay here, ever. Can't express enough how disappointed I am and also upset I have to type this on my vacation.

Room was clean and as described. Was impressed with the room. However overall property amenities could be improved such as the pool loungers and the breakfast tables and chairs, new lounger and tables and chairs would go a long way to improving the look of the property. As currently they are just old plastic ones.

Perfect!

Very nice stay. Beautiful spot in kho phi phi. Little nice villas, brand new, clean bedrooms, clean bathrooms. Staff very helpfull. Golf cart shuttle to the lobby very fast. Nice breakfast with nice Variety. Only 15 min walk to center, 15-20 min to viewpoint , and 15min to longbeach. It is really a good location. I recommend and I will come again for sure.

The cleanliness and condition of the room is bad!

The room cleanliness very bad. The shower room condition is bad. The towel holder also broken. The safety box cannot function. A lot of improvememt need.
