The hotel was very near from the port. The view to the beach from the pool was incredible. It was old but very nice and well maintained. It was very big and counts with a very nice restaurant near to the beach. The location was also very good!! Many shops and restaurants nearby.
This hotel is a bit outdated - it is not a five-star hotel. I did really enjoy this hotel for the location (right next to the dock and close to all the bars but not too close) and the view from the very large pool area was magnificent. Stay here if you're looking for an easy comfortable location with a great view, but don't expect too much.
Great location Amazing pool right in the beach, rooms are old and very low equipmented. TV is from the 80s. I would recommend it again for the location, however a bit pricey for the overall value. Breakfast was slightly above average.
The rooms are not upgraded but the location is everything. The pool/beach setup makes it worth the stay! The pool is amazing overlooking the beach! It is just steps away from the pier where everyone is dropped by boat and the market!
The hotel is easy to get to from the Tonsai Pier and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The WiFi was poor and our room seemed to be partially (poorly) renovated recently. The included breakfast was good. The pool was nice and had great staff to provide service. The food at the pool side restaurant was good (not great) and over priced compared to the other options we found on the island. I would recommend staying at a resort that requires a water taxi ride to the pier because the area is congested, dirty and there is a constant foul smell due to a poor sewage waste system
Great pool! Room is a little dated and then wifi isn't the best..... but the pool and views more than make up for it.
Was a short walk from the ferry. Bell boy was there to help with the bags. Wish I would have stayed another night experience more of Phi Phi.

The hotel is in a great place and has beautiful grounds which are not taken care of. The rooms are not clean. The entire facility is not kept up properly - broken sidewalks, no hot water in the sinks - only in the shower, broken tiles in the swimming pool and showers...In short, the place has great potential but terrible upkeep.
Rooms aren't very clean and out of date. Bathrooms aren't satisfactory at all.
Love the views but water smell was terrible !wi fi sucks and room smelled of water in the carpets !
