Disappointment in our stay for the price.

This poor hotel was one of the worst La Quinta in which we've atayed in. The facility was in desparate need of new furniture and draperies, carpet, etc.

First time disappointed .

This La Quinta is a far cry from the others that we have stayed at. So much so that we almost felt sorry for them. The facility was old and needed repairs everywhere. The carpets, drapes other flooring needed to be replaced. Thank goodness it was at the end of our stay, but we notice a few cockroaches- needless to say, everything was washed and fumigated when we got home. The staff was the only shining light of the stay.

When 1st arrived was another guest that had been given my reservation. My name DianA Smith, reservation given to DianE. Smith. Took around 45 minutes to resolve the issue. Next, the pool was not available due to being shut down by the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Not to be reinspected until August.

Very spacious room with satisfactory amenities. During a rainstorm, the ceiling started to leak, and there was a brief period where the AC froze up and stopped working; but the room provided us great space to spread out and relax, and the mornings breakfasts were terrific! The pool was closed due to not having met local health inspection yet, which was disappointing, especially since they hadn’t posted anything about that online or at check in.

The floor in the room is uneven. It rained last night . I was in room 122 which is slightly below ground level. Because of the poor drainage, water sipped in through the walls and I woke up to a pool of water between the bathroom sink and the air conditioner unit.

It had a terrible smell in the room, like someone had cleaned with soiled water. It was really bad. There was a dead beetle on the floor. Terrible construction around the A/C unit. You could see straight through to wires and cables. Tub was like surfing. The floor of the tub buckled when standing in it. Overall, the beds were comfortable but we couldn't wait to leave.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed at this LaQuinta and had a truly frustrating experience. From the moment I checked in, the issues started. The room’s air conditioning didn’t work, which made for an uncomfortable night. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, a glue trap stuck to the ceiling for flies, and a broken shower head that sprayed water all over the ceiling. Clearly, this room was not being maintained properly or safely. I reported all of this to the front desk right away. Their response? “We can’t do anything until the manager is in,” which wouldn’t be until the next afternoon. No solutions were offered that night—no refund, no discount, not even a room change. Eventually, the next day, they offered to switch rooms, but by that point, the damage was done. I booked through Expedia, and the manager told me to call them and he would approve a refund. Well, it’s been two weeks, and he’s now dodging their calls and refusing to speak with them. Still no refund. I’ve stayed at LaQuinta locations before and never had an experience like this. This property does not meet the brand’s standards and the customer service was completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere
