Beautiful property. Really nicely laid out, plenty of room for a large group to have their own spaces. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of linen and towels. Complaint was given for outdoor spaces not being mowed or kept up. Could not use yard, there was a foot of unmowed grass. Could not use grill, uncovered left in the rain and rusted. Unfortunately the outdoor furniture had all started to rot, left out in the weather. But it was honestly a great property, even with all the outdoor issues it was worth every penny! My family loved it

At first arrival, we were a little uncertain because we didn’t really know the area, but everything turned out wonderful! Location is great, within 5-20 minutes of all main KC attractions. The house was clean, and so so spacious. Plenty of room for 13 of us, and everything we needed to be comfortable and to cook our own meals. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
