Way way too high of a price even for a last minute stay. Ridiculous, especially for this hotel. I wish I hadn't done it but had been traveling a very long time with pets in tow - but price gauging customers when they need a place to stay last minute is not way to secure long term, repeat clientele. I actually stayed at a Doubletree the next night for less than half the price with a same day reservation, and it is much, much nicer hotel with amenities and location.

For the price, it was perfect! Big room with a kitchen. Clean and spacious. The staff was stand offish, not very welcoming, but it was alright right. Breakfast was good each day, warm and cold choices.

Everything was great except for the clerk, JonShee. She would not answer the doorbell, so after several attempts and several minutes we walked around to another door and rang that doorbell. Again several attempts and several minutes. Finally I phoned the hotel and she never answered but she did come out and unlock the door. Never greeted us and never made eye contact, she was rude. A very cold reception after a 10 hour drive. The room and the rest of our stay was fine. Good location for the event we were attending at the T mobile Center. The room was comfortable and parking was convenient.

The only issued i had was you can hear the people above us. You can hear the kids running back and forth and jumping. The walls are very thin.

Guy at the front desk was rude and had terrible customer service. And the mattress was so worn down it dipped in the middle.
