Was a nice experience overall. The staff was super friendly, everyone said hi every time we walked by the desk. The pool was a little small and disappointing but our room was great and had a fridge and microwave, which was good for us staying a couple days. Breakfast was open later which was nice as well.

I came to visit friends and family and didn't want to leave my hotel room lol.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Only Hotel I found in Kansas City that didn't jack their rates up for the eclipse.

Good price, Clean room, nice staff And confortable bed

Very clean rooms, super great staff!! Would recommend this hotel for sure!!!

Nice hotel. Great and courteous staff. Mini fridge had a leak. Was clean. Not close to dining or attractions (4 miles)

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Kansas City. It is close to restraints and night life. It also has easy access to the freeways. The staff is friendly and the hotel is everything you would expect from a Hilton property.

no complaints. clean room. close to downtown KC. reasonable rates.

Only issue with hotel was very noisy AC unit and expensive breakfast. Otherwise very pleased.

That was a good trip! I am a foreigner, so my English was limited, and the people who check us in was really patient to me, the hotel was really nice, clear, comfortable, and quiet, if I will travel again, I would go to this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Although finding the hotel off the expressway was a little challenging and the cart was small for all our stuff, the stay was excellent, bed great, staff helpful and friendly, and food was good.

The room was ready on time. It was very clean and quiet.

Other than the poor quality food at the hotel.. there is no place to eat in KCK.. a bit more than a ghost town. Hotel was modern. Clean and bright. The staff spend too much time yelling at each other on walkie talkies... Jacuzzi has been out of order for a long time.. I sent back my food after one bite.. served cold and uncooked.. bartender gave me a free pie but charged me for the meal! Mr. Hilton needs to step up the service and quality.

Not as easy to get to as other hotels but a real value. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. Housecleaning was superb!

We were in town to see a Tyler Perry play and chose the hotel because of the lower price and the location (close to downtown). We had a huge large room with two double beds. The atmosphere was quiet and laid back. Staff showed consistent, friendly and helpful customer service. Hilton Garden Inn, Kansas City, is a great place to stay if you're looking to remain close to downtown (2.75 miles from Sprint Center) but want to save money!

Staff was extra friendly!!! Will stay here again if I have to.

I was very unhappy with this hotel. With the name hilton you would think it would be in a slightly better neighborhood then what it was in. I was afraid to leave at night because it was in such a bad neighborhood. I paid 79.00 a night spent close to 300 dollars for this room. All I recieved was a small box of a room. I had one night left and sorry to tell you but I went home. I WILL NEVER GO THEIR AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beginning with the staff, the gentleman that checked us in was unprofessional. He was rude and hard to understand. However, once that was complete and we were in our room it was very nice. The toiletries were very nice and the rooms seemed very clean. We were here for a wedding. Our sister was getting married and I was apart of the wedding party. It would have been nice to have the option of a continental breakfast along with the option of the buffet. The muffins and yogurt and such as the continental. We didn't have time to sit for breakfast. It was expensive to just pay 10.00 for a few things to go. Comparably this was a great hotel. I would stay at other Hiltons.
