blinds did not work in my room. beds were not very comfortable. breakfast was subpar. door locks looked like they had been broken off from the door jam in the past. surrounding grounds were very nice

Room was clean, no odors, and well supplied. Area was quiet, secure, and close to many attractions. The hotel staff was the best.

Great location, but the actual property is not great. 1.)Refused to let us use the prior requested rollaway bed ( my kids don't like to sleep together). Website says they're available for free when requested, but at check - in , I was told we couldn't because our room had 2 beds(was told they had plenty available & there was plenty of space, in fact, i had to go buy a air mattress for child to use). 2.)My total price the hotel charged my card was more than what i was supposed to be charged from booking on website. 3.) Room floor looked to not been vacuumed and the bath tub had "black hairs" in it. 4.) Vending machines were out of order 5.) Wanted to take a coffee to -go in am, but they had no lids available. 6.) Not sure what was in the area above our room, but whatever/ whoever it was, started what sounded like stomping at 5 am. Went on till well after 8 am. It was so loud, it woke all of us up. 7.) To top everything off, housekeeping just weirdly walked right into our room at little before 9am!!!! We all just sat there in shock!! Completely unacceptable. Was surprised when i checked out , that i was never even asked how our stay was. I guess they know what reponses they'd get. Definitely need to work on hospitality and basic customer service. Normally, I'm not a critical person, but this was absolutely an awful stay. Hopefully, they will do better for future customers!!

The carpet in our room was sticky. And bathroom had a strange odor.

Great property, great location halls bit nosey at night

Very clean property, comfortable beds, walking distance to The Legends, nice breakfast consisted of cheesy eggs, sausage patties/kielbasa, fruit, cold cereals, oatmeal, waffles, etc.

Great hotel close to shopping and great food selections along with entertainment near by.

Hotel seems dated. Our shower was falling apart. Beds were on the small side and uncomfortable. Pool was small and no hot tub.

The rooms could have been cleaner. Especially the toilet.

This particular hotel is the best location for going to a Sporting Kansas game. We were literally in walking distance. The hotel was very quiet. The pool was tiny, indoor and really not worth having a pool. The hotel needs food delivery, more food options. Staff was friendly and room clean.

Not much more to say than that. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The room was excellent. No problems of any kind.
