The area around the hotel has a lot of homeless folks. We did not have any negative experience because of it, but it’s worth knowing if you decide to stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, but the condition of the room overall wasn’t great. But for the price, it’s about what we expected or better. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the staff was friendly.

Asked for a 5am wake up call when we checked in, never received any calls. Luckily we woke up on time or my husband would have missed his very important medial visits early in the morning. Those medical visits were the only reason we were in Kansas city and stayed at your hotel. Makes me very reluctant to stay there for our next visit in 6 months.
