Overall the hotel is very nice, we encountered a small glitch but it was dealt with by the manager without a single moments hesitation. The speed and overall cheerfulness of the manager was the best we have encountered , upon checkout the owner also took the time to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. Top marks!
Just a quick overnight at this property. Checking in was very nice and easy with a lovely Ukranian girl . Room was clean and enough and beds were comfortable however the sheets and bedspread were a bit crisp and funky ! I reported this the next day at checkout and the front desk agent apologized and mentioned that the bedding was being replaced room by room but I guess ours had not been ! The complementary continental breakfast the next morning was adequate and good !
I was only there from 10 at night till 8 am, so served it's purpose, and was clean, and had a usual Travelodge Continental Breakfast!
Great hotel nice staff clean comfy rooms great location just ne3d to update shower curtain rods to the new curved ones to give more room in shower.
This was the nicest, yet best priced room booked over a 3 week road trip. Virtually had a full kitchen facility and was super large and clean and comfortable. Was able to walk to sports bar at night and across the street for breakfast in the morning. Would love to stay again.
This is our third stay here for team related travel and have found it to be well priced for weekend trips. The rooms feel clean and updated. It would be nice if they could update the hallways and breakfast area to make it more comfortable. I was very disappointed to not qualify for our wyndham points since we did not qualify through booking.com. That is the main reason that we choose Wyndham hotels when we book online.
The room had not being vacumed and the bedspreads had lots of dog hair on them as well as our socks and when we checked out I couldn't report the issues as there was nobody at the reception I rang the bell as per the written request on counter and waited to finally leave as no one came
We booked a room at this Travelodge because it was pet friendly and close to the Highway to Vancouver. Check in was easy, the girl at the front desk was friendly , did not know much of the area, The bathroom was disgusting, yellow stains on the toilet base, guck in the corner, baseboards had a layer of dust ( not sure why but this is a common issue I find in most lower end hotels), there were orange coloured bits on the shower curtain, towels quite thin. The bathroom floors must have been dirty or maybe the tub floor was because after my shower there were dirt footprints on the tub floor and the only time I had my socks off was in the bathroom before the shower. To be fair to the Travelodge I dis not let 5he front desk know as we arrived after housekeeping would have left and I& someone came to reckless the bathroom we would have had to leave the room with the dog & we were tired after a 10 hr driive. We often stay in pet friendly rooms and have never seen our pet so agitated & snifffing the floor, don’t think 5he carpets were cleaned very often. Ice machine was in the laundry room, again disgusting, you could see the dust, laundry softener sheets & other items on the floor, garbage cans overflowing. This wasn’t the cheapest hotel and thought the Travelodge name might ensure a clean room Breakfast was included in the room cost, it was a decent cold breakfast, toaster waffles, baked goods, boiled eggs, cereal, juice, yogurt & bananas. There is a nice patch of grass behind the hotel, close to the pet friendly rooms.
We had a great time at this hotel. Fast internet, big rooms for the children. Very,Very clean and a very friendly and helpful staff. They gave us extra blankets and made sure the room was ready with a crib before we arrived. Excellent hotel! Felt like I was in a luxury hotel!
After the drive along back roads from Vancouver to Kamloops, we were happy to have a clean, large room with decent beds. The breakfast was limited but sufficient. While the Travelodge isn't in the centre of town, it is only a short drive there.
