We needed an overnight motel to break up a long road trip back home, after a family gathering. At $71.00, it was perfect for a late check-in and early departure. We booked a 2-Queen room with full kitchenette, on the ground floor. Check in was swift and courteous, although initially a miscommunication (likely to a language barrier) led us to believe we could only access our room from the outside. It was reasonably clean with all the amenities. Although we did not use the kitchenette, I did notice the oven door would not open but a crack, due to the door frame blocking it. The cook range was tightly wedged adjacent to the door frame. There were grooves in the door frame where previous guests had tried to open the oven door to use it. The room was prepaid so we just had to leave the keys in the room on departure. There were 3 restaurants within a couple minutes walk from Days Inn and the downtown location would be very handy for central shopping and site seeing.

Room smelled like a family stayed in it for a month before we got there, then not cleaned. Hot tub was broken upon check in. Pillows and beds resulted in Advil the next day. Exterior had bird poop and garbage everywhere. We we put in a room across from the pool where staff continuously slammed the door after pool was closed (10pm). I can’t believe we paid THEM money to stay there.

An excellent place to stay in Kamloops, close to Aberdeen mall and many great restaurants within a single kilometer. Very accommodating and many rooms to stay in. The pool and breakfast were amazing and the staff were very friendly to myself, my family and my friends. Service was great and they always has a cooler of lemon ice water in the foyer. Would recommend to any family member, friend, group or team.

Comfy, cozy, clean, quiet, stunning view, Dreamy Bed, close to amenities, breakfast was great. Staff friendly & helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Stayed 3 nights for a sports competition with my daughter. This is by no means a 5 star hotel, but you get what you pay for and great value. Room was comfortable and clean and we had a kitchen which was helpful. Staff were very responsive and friendly. Free breakfast was ok, but nothing to rave about. Hotel is tired and in need of renovation, but again reflected in cost. Close to tournament capital Centre

Stayed one night. Early check-in went smooth and front desk was friendly. Room was better than expected. Rm 317 great location top floor corner unit with two balconies and view of Kamloops. Breakfast was average but hot tub nice and hot. Good for a night but many choices in this area and would probably stay elsewhere next time. Sleep quality was ok but pillows were poor and bed comfort so-so.

Staff was excellent and price was very good. However, despite our efforts they were not aware we had a small dog with us and so had to find a pet-friendly room. It was austere which is fine but it seemed that linens on one bed had not been thoroughly cleaned and room was somewhat grungy. Maybe this was a rarely used back up space given to us because of the unexpected pet but still it was mediocre.

We had an overnight stop here on a drive to Vancouver. Check in and check out process was quick and efficient. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good WIFI and the free continental breakfast was fine. There was cereal (hot or cold) bagels muffins fruit yogurt and even pancakes and waffles.

I was highly disappointed. The lot was not maintained - Ice humps and no sand, the price was wrong on check in so that had to be fixed, the pool was ice cold, hot tub was luke warm, guest rooms were said to be updated and if they were, I wouldn’t have paid the contractors. Walls were thin. Thankfully staff were friendly. I won’t be there again. Such a contrast to the Kelowna Days Inn. Our friend rooms weren’t nearly as bad - so they say though it depended on who I spoke too. There were 8 rooms booked for us on different floors.

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. We had top floor 1 bdrm suite. Had to buy air freshners to remove the stench. Heat was blasting. Asked them not to adjust heat when cleaning room. It was blasting next day. Asked for more towels, left a rag with a hole in it. Traffic noise from hi way kept me awake. Location was good. Close to mall and restaurants. Overall...spend an extra $5 per night and stay at the Comfort Inn.
