Super friendly staff at front desk Upgraded us as well Enjoyed stay

Very friendly. Me and my fiance received a complementary breakfast. Excellent customer service.

Night front desk attendant messed up the reservation. Room was prepaid and hotel made us pay again and also charged Orbitz again the next day. The attendant was neither helpful nor courteous. Terrible check in experience. Definitely the worst check in experience for us in many years.

Only bad thing is they make me WRITE a review. That should be optional. Hotel was great

Nothing to do with the property. My Orbitz confirmation did not take at the hotel. I did not get the room I wanted because of an Orbitz issue. The hotel accommodated me because they understood the problem.

This hotel is close to shopping and to the university. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Our room was very large and comfortable.

Super friendly staff, very clean and comfy room. Only downside was the remote for the TV didn't work very well.

Never could connect to Wi-Fi and staff was unable to help. Room advertised an adjustable firmness bed but my room did not have it. Everyone was fairly friendly but not very attentive and since it was my first stay at this location I had to hunt people down and ask questions. Very little information given at check in. I will be staying here multiple visits for work so hopefully the kinks will work out.

Great stay at this hotel. Small problem at check out, but was fixed immediately.

This hotel uses adjustable beds that are very uncomfortable. The first night was miserable because I couldn't find the mattress adjustment valve. (hint, you have to remove the fitted sheet on the left side of the bed, remove a flap, and the valve is under there) It took me three nights of changing the mattress settings before I got something that was comfortable. I'm not picky about a bed, but these inflatable mattresses are terrible. (as may other reviews have pointed out). Next, I could not figure out how to turn on the shower head. It took a phone call to the front desk to find out that there is a small collar at the bottom of the water outlet that you pull down. Also, somebody must have missed installing sound-proofing on my floor (or maybe the whole hotel) because I could hear my neighbor clearing their throat through the walls! Finally, imagine my surprise when I helped myself to the breakfast buffet and a lady drops a $10 check off at my table. Just about any other hotel provides a free breakfast buffet for far less than what I paid to stay at the Hilton. My advice, stay someplace else.

very nice and fancy, clean and professional. perfect location by the interstate with a club right beside it and good food all around it.

The stay was good, not a lot to do in that town but it was good. Hotel was good and staff was great. Very helpful and informative. I would stay there again if I were ever to be in Jonesboro, Ar

I stayed in the king bed suite. Everything was clean and the staff was very polite. The room was just as it was described in the online ad.

Whole family was impressed with the room and the service.

Rooms and building were all very clean. Beds a bit firm but overall a nice stay

Clean, friendly, good place to stay. Nice staff, good amenities.

My experience was quite positive at this hotel. The room was comfortable and elegant at a very reasonable price. The entire staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. The food was quite good.

My fiancee and I decided to treat ourselves to a night away...we chose to stay at The Hilton Garden Inn in Jonesboro as a treat. Since it was a Hilton property, we expected to spend a night in comfort and elegance. Then check in experience was pleasant. We were greeted and given our key with a minimum of hassle. Once in our room, we were a little disappointed to see that there were no in room movies to chose from. So, instead we went to dinner and a movie at a local theater. After returning back to our room that night, we started to go to bed...but discovered the bed was very hard. There was a brochure that explained the dial system on the bed. Apparently each side has a dial that you can move from soft to hard and anywhere in between. I set mine on soft and my fiancee placed in the middle in a section called "optimum comfort zone." Immediately, we couldn't not a difference. We waited for 30 minutes or so and still no difference. Finally, we both just started adjusting to dials to get any change. The bed continued to be rock hard. We finally gave up and tried to sleep but both of us woke up constantly all night. At 7 am, we gave up and went across the street to Cracker Barrel. Later that afternoon, I contacted Hilton properties to complain about the bed situation, but no one has bothered to get back to me about it. Overall, the hotel was ok, but it was not anything special. We could have stayed at the Motel 6 down the road with virtually the same room and probably a better bed for half the price.
