The only positive about this hotel is the location. Walking distance to restaurants & shopping. We stayed in the King Suit (Most Expensive Room Available) for 9 days. Housekeeping never cleaned the room, never changed the sheets, even after day 3 when we requested new sheets. They never fixed our beds except on day 3 but used the same sheets, which we knew because the baby made a mess on it. Hence the request to change it. They never left towels except when requested. They never refilled the coffee, coffee cups or condiments. The only thing we noticed missing when we returned daily, was the trash and the dirty towels. No clean towels were left. We had to go down to front desk for towels nightly. The toilet needs to be replaced, the stains are horrific. There was hair on the vanity when we first entered. They say that the Amenities were discontinued due to COVID-19 but the swimming pool looked like it was neglected long before that. See photos I read previous reviews about the smell in the hallways, I found that the AC/Heating units weren’t maintained properly. Some are falling apart and not running, and some were on it’s last leg. This prevents proper ventilation and circulation. See photos

Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Sign wasn't lit, so you had no clue where to even turn. Floors dirty in lobby, in elevator, and in rooms.

It was a good value. I’d stay there again. I definitely like the area.

The late check in and not having to worry about losing my room.

I love everything about it and i would stay again if i can every afford it and i will tell my friends and family about it too!!!

The beds were way too soft. It seemed like the mattresses were worn out. There was no computer to use; most hotels have a public computer. My daughter took sick with influenza soon after arrival at the hotel, so I wonder about the cleanliness of the rooms.

Nice, simple hotel. I would return if necessary. Needed improvements to vending/snack machines. They were All out of order.

The staff was very polite and helpful! Would stay there again!

This review is not specific to the Baymont. This is for the company that owns it. We were in town for a baseball tournament. I received a call from them saying they were over booked and moved us to their sister property across the street - Lexington Suites. Both hotels advertised having a pool. And they did. But they weren't open - and it was the middle of May. Others in our group received calls that they were over booked and basically they were on their own to find another hotel.

The hotel was convenient to everything and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was okay bed was comfortable but the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.

I needed a business stay where I could get a clean room with a comfortable bed for a good price. I found it here. Room was very clean, king size bed was very comfortable, and price was very fair. Plus, location was great and front desk personnel were extremely friendly & caring. I walked across the parking lot for a great dinner at Ruby Tuesday's. I will definitely stay here when I return.

Everything was great for the price. I would have liked more options for breakfast like fruit and yogurt rather than just bread and cereal options.

Hotel good however wanted more than cereal for breakfast. .

Great value for the money! We would definitely stay again!

I actually have pictures of the bugs and hair that were in my bed. I had to change rooms got to the next room and there were stains on the sheets and blankets. I will be reporting this to the health department. I wanted a refund but she could not figure out how to refund the third party charge. Very in happy. I would not support this business.

From check-in to the room I felt dirty. Cigarette smell from outside to the lobby to the elevator. The only decent smell was our room. The only reason we stayed here was because the nicer hotels nearby were full. We paid $89/night. We found a blood stain on the sheets, an unnecessary amount of hair in the shower, and our walls in room and bathroom appeared to have had water damage. Let's just say this, I made my 2 year old put his shoes on when I realized he was walking around the room barefoot. Front desk staff was extremely sweet and helpful, however everyday we were there we saw her outside smoking in the doorway of the entrance to lobby.

Hotel was worn and very tired. Needs a complete overhaul. Will not stay in the future unless updated.

Very nice facility, clean and friendly. Very close to Cracker Barrel Restaurant. Will stay there again

Was looking for somewhere to stay overnight while on a road trip. The hotel was reasonably priced and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The lobby looked like it could have used some general maintenance (the microwave in the lobby was broken) but the staff was very nice and helpful (my sister needed to use the laundry and someone had left their clothes in the dryer so they let her use the hotel dryers). Overall, it met all our needs - safe and clean.
