The whole place was gross and nothing like the pics online describe. I couldn’t even close my door. Had to hold it close and lock it at the same time. I refused to sleep under the blanket or use the shower that looked like I would fall through.

The office smelled terrible. We had a non-smoking but I had to use my inhaler. The mattresses were awful and they had paint peels all over outside and so it came in on your feet.

The properties pictures and descriptions were not the same once on the property. On line there was reference of breakfast. However, when checking in my wife as the receptionist when is their breakfast and he replied that they uave not served breakfast since COVID. Next, I had to keep adjusting the flushing flapper in order to fill up with water. Also, I had to put one of the toilet seat bolts/nuts back on as it was laying in the cubby above the toilet. There was fecal matter on the wall and door next to the toilet. Also, the washclothes looked soiled like never washed completely after someone wiped their butt on. One of the worst places we have ever stayed and we have traveled through many third world countries.

The property was adequate; however, there was significant sines of poor maintenance and apparent vandalism. There was two places where there were large holes in the Sheetrock and the toilet constantly ran.

DO NOT BOOK.

It was terrible. We did not stay. And are just out of $200+ because of it. There were plenty instances of roach poop for one. The outlets did not work excluding one or two. It was filthy. The bed was disgusting the headrest didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all nothing did and it was poorly lit as the outlets did not work. The door had to be body slammed to close the wind kept blowing it open. And as soon as I saw the poop in addition to everything else I asked for a refund. They said they could only give me another room. The next room looked better, but as soon as I went in there was a bug on the bed. They claimed it wasn’t a roach just an outside bug. But I’ve seen roaches before and just came from a room with roach poop everywhere. So we left. And I have not been able to get my money back and I am so upset. People are not supposed to live that way especially when they pay to be there. Yet there was no consolation.

Beware

The toilet was stopped up since day 1, I broke out on my arms so I believe they had bed bugs, we had to constantly plunger the toilet. We had to wait in the lobby forever for someone to come and assist us. Never again will I pay 356$ to this hotel again.
