First room smelled of smoke, elevator reeked of weed. The psecond room was missing a shower curtain and soap. The bathroom had not been cleaned. First shift was super friendly, morning shift was extremely rude.

Nice clean room. Did not know I had to pay 20.00 extra for parking. Did not find any other parking options.

The hotel was overall good but due to the location there isn’t any free parking options so you are stuck paying $18-19 a night to valet park. Our room was a corner room so the layout wasn’t the best. The bed was pretty comfortable though. The shower door was broken so when

The property was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the fixtures needs a lil work. The shower head needs to be replaced only had one setting and the water barely came out of it. And the toilet is to low to the ground for a person with back problems this toilet is a major problem.

My coffee pot did not work and there was no back on my remote control. I asked to correct both situations... never happened.

Came in for the Dixie nationals rodeo and stayed at this beautiful hotel! Love everything about it!

I attended a conference in Jackson. My room floors were badly stained. Everything else was ok during my stay.

A perfectly plesant experience from checkin to checkout.

It was a very clean and nice place to stay and staff was very friendly

Property was clean and location was convenient. However, website stated there was a shuttle bus, but staff informed me there was not. Additionally, there should be more security, especially at night. Downtown is not a safe place to walk at night.

The historic nature of the building. Building is nicely decorated and in a great location for railfans

The decoration of the lobby is great! But the lobby may be the only highlight of the hotel. Don't expect the hotel room to be any different than motels (soft mattress, stained towels, and broken closet door...).

Very nice hotel to be in an abandoned city. The whole city is shut down. Looks like ghost town with a lot of homeless people on streets. All businesses are shut down. Boarded up businesses. Seriously a ghost town.

The doorman was pleasant and friendly. We were advised that we could avoid the $15 valet parking if we could find a parking spot on the street - we took advantage of that. We are Hilton honors members so we expected a nice, spacious room. What we were offered was an L-shaped room that as so tight that the luggage cart could not fit through the door. The water pressure in the antiquated shower was pathetic, at best. No alarm clock? The noisy air duct was directly over the head of the bed. Finally, we should have asked about the price of the breakfast - nearly four "Hamiltons" for 2, taxes and tip included...ouch!
