Mold me down

The room I booked was not available because of remodeling supposedly. The other 3 rooms were rotted base of the walls and mold in others.

This place is old, run down, and DIRTY. The room was filthy!!! The carpet is disgusting, the walls are dirty, and there is mold in the gross bathroom. It needs to just be completely torn down or entirely renovated. One of the worst hotels I've ever stepped foot in. Female solo travellers also please beware of unwanted attention from male hangers on.

Horrible. Filthy hotel !!!!! No blankets, hole in bathroom ceiling with black mold around it. We couldn’t bring ourselves to stay there through the night. We left and had to rent another hotel. Hope we don’t get sick from the mold.

Worst stay ever. Upon arrival I booked a day In advance. When I got there my room was available or no where near ready. They showed me 3 other rooms that was worse then the one in the pictures i submitted, and that was the final and best room they had to offer me. it wasn’t until the manager arrived that they then denied me my refund and also tried to charge me an additional $10 for a double bed room. All around the one manager told me he would check back with me Monday on a refund but I highly doubt I’ll get my money back. But the cleaning lady was over worked and the manager was nice but limited within power on decision making. Highly not recommended

They could do a lot better

I understand that these owners bought a hotel that went out of business, but it shouldn’t still look like it. The bed was the best thing. The air was not cold. It ran on 60 and never got cold. They don’t wash the towels and linen well. The ceiling is peeling. The walls have holes. At some point, no matter how “cheap” a motel is, you can still have pride in the service you offer. It was fairly quiet, but it wasn’t worth what I paid.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Save your time and money if you’re looking for a place to sleep. Should’ve known when the guy at front desk ask if we wanted to review room first however we declined as it was 2 am and just ready to get some sleep however we walked in and turned around walked out and left to find something else. This should definitely be a pay by the hour place.

The room was terrible. We booked a jacuzzi room with jetted tub, inside of tub was filthy, tub broken all around on the outside, toilet dirty, sheets and mattress was stained along with pillows. The smell of marijuana and cigarettes filled the room. Do not waste your time with booking here.

The staff is very nice and friendly! But the cleanliness and safety of the property is a -7. It’s so dirty and disgusting. Not even worth the money. Better off spending more for a little nicer. The staff were amazing though! They were very helpful and resolved issues with cleanliness and found a slightly better room.
