I had reservations and the owner couldn’t find it and said the rooms was all gone and to get a refund

I wasn't able to check in, I paid online but when I got there, there weren't any rooms available, I need a refund asap

How could your reviews possibly be good? Did you pay people to positive review? We were TERRIFIED to stay here. We had to check in through a security window. That should tell you something there. We were told not to go around the back of the hotel for our safety. I asked for our money back and they denied it. We did not want to stay there but did because I couldn’t get that money back. The shower had Missing tiles, MOLD all over and a hole in the ceiling!! I am so ANGRY that the reviews said 4.8 out of 5! Not cool!!!! The bed was so uncomfortable we both hurt the whole next day. There were springs in our shoulder area sticking up. I am NOT HAPPY!
