Was greeted by a wonderful and cheerful clerk. Room could use some detail cleaning.

This was a quick trip to a horse show and was very convenient to the Fair Grounds. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good.

Good, clean, courteous. Breakfast was a little better than the standard continental fare.

I was in Jackson this weekend for a weeding. It was a great stay for me. No complaints at all.

Our one night stay was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good - cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, milk and juice. The only downside - the hallways were musty, had a smokey smell. Overall, a good stay.

This was a good choice. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was pleasant. The hotel is close to the interstate and fast food. I did find a good mexican restaurant close by. I will stay there again.

Dirty, smelly, loud, no hot water, bad location. Staff was nice though.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, an incredible value and location. The hotel has 5-star qualities for a 2-star price. I normally stay at Holiday Inns, but in future I will give "Hampton Inns" an opportunity to earn my business. Samona the front desk clerk for the two nights I stayed has the brightest smile & personality, she went out of her way to insure that I had a great stay. The entire staff were great. I didn't have a Hilton Honors Card before this stay, but I have one now based upon this stay. Keep up the great work.

Very good for business travel. All the necessities (including a hot breakfast)

Was great

enjoyable accomadations, very close to our 4-H show barns

The hotel was very nice and the continental breakfast was excellent. However, the comforter was so lumpy, at first glance you thought it had an egg crate under it. Unfortunately, the pillows were just as lumpy...next time I will be sure to bring my own pillows!

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. We were from 3 hours away and the staff was very nice and very helpful as far as directions were concerned. We loved it!

My friend and I stayed at this hotel as we were in Jackson for a concert that night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every part of the building we encountered appeared clean. The beds were very comfortable with feather down comforters. The free breakfast buffet was nice too. The location was great for us, less than a two minute drive to the site of the concert. The big problem we experienced, however, was the poor insulation and extreme noise. We could hear every door shut like it was being slammed by a 10 year old throwing a tentratantrum. If our neighbors showered or open/ closed their dresser drawers, it was amplified and kept us awake/ woke us up. I think it's fine if you're a heavy sleeper but for the average person, it's quite annoying. The price was decent. I wouldn't be opposed to staying here again but if my stay was longer than one day, I'd want a quieter hotel.

The hotel was nice enough, but the breafast was not the best.
