I rented the room for 4days didn’t stay one night . When I first arrived there were two homeless guys standing on the stairway walked in the room the floors had not been mopped, the bed made was just thrown together and the room had a little old smell. They pretty much seem like something you would go do a one night stay if you know what I mean. The staff was very nice. I rate this room a two

Terrible and fraudulent!

I have no idea what the rooms look like, I went to check in and the rude desk attendant said she couldn’t find my prepaid reservation, so I showed her a copy of the receipt and confirmation of the booking. She said “sorry there’s nothing I can do, it isn’t showing in my system” however she did offer to sell me a room at a 24 dollar higher rate for the night because they did have availability. Who in their right mind would do that? I had already paid! While I was sitting in the parking lot sorting it out with hotels.com, I noticed how much of a slum the place looked like, so maybe it was a blessing in disguise. Sounds like they are playing a little fraud to make an extra buck. We have been on the road for 21 days and this is the first time we have had anything but a great experience. Do not let these people rip you off!
