The staff was very nice and a convenient location While the infrastructure is there (onsite rental car, onaite & walkable restaurants, nearby shopping, plenty of parking, etc.), the effectivity of day to day use falls short of my expectations for the Hilton brand. Obvious maintenance issues (one person in our group got stuck in the elevator), during our two night stay there was no hot water as it was only luke warm, and our key card kept deactivating.

Room has mold in the shower, carpets were stained and curtains were dirty. Lamps were rusty. I asked for a blanket and they said they didn’t have extras. The next day I asked again and it took 2 calls, 2 trips to the front desk and 2 hors for them to give me a blanket.
