Needs some maintenance. Found leftover food in microwave. Microwave never cleaned before or during our stay. Would be nice to have a bit larger pillows. This is pretty minor. Staff was very good. Had issues with door card reader. Staff got it working our 2nd day. Location was great for us.

Manager had an abrupt attitude with me about a problem with the tv in my room having No picture but sound. The manager asked me to leave the counter after expressing my complaint.The night of 21August25 i reported this and was offered another room after 9pm . Don’t waste your money

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was stuff all over the walls someone else’s hair in the bathroom in the beds. I told the lady upfront everything and showed her pictures. She said she would get with the manager and have them call me. The manager never called me. I called to speak to the manager left a message and still have not heard back from anybody.

The room was absolutely filthy! There was someone else’s hair in the shower, bedding was dirty and stained, the toilet had stains inside, the bathroom floor had literal dirt everywhere and lap shade had mold on the top. Check in was long because there were other guests checking in and only one guest service agent. When I got to my room the key didn’t work so I had to go back to the desk to get it corrected. The hallway floors were dirty and food stained. The outside of the room doors were dirty and had old food residue on the bottom. This place needs a thorough cleaning!
