Orbitz double booked the rooms when there were no rooms available and was unable to help us find any replacement accommodations at midnight. I don’t think that this was the hotels fault

Convenient location. However, lobby area and guest room were worn and uncared for—a beer can remained on the entry table for hours, lightbulbs out or flickering, tub had large rust stain, ventilation brought smoke smell into room. Our room had no wastebasket or hangers, and tv did not work, so we changed rooms.

The room was barely cleaned. The little shampoo bottle was over halfway used so they obviously didn’t replace it. Stepped on an earring on the carpet that wasn’t mine. The smoke alarm had been removed and never replaced leaving the wires exposed in the wall. Same with another outlet on the wall that is easily accessible because it’s low on the wall. Only one staff member was wearing a mask even though they have a masks mandatory sign because of Covid. This lady staff member was terribly rude when we were getting breakfast and asked for cream cheese and spoons for the cereal and bagels they had put out. She mumbled angrily under her breath before she went to get them making us feel like it was a huge inconvenience. Then heaven forbid I asked her what there was to drink because the juice machine wasn’t working and I don’t drink coffee and she gave me a look....and said one work “milk” and walked away. She was referring to the milk they had put out for the cereal. It was a bad experience and I would never stay here again. I definitely don’t recommend staying here.

Close to area I had to go along with go eating places nearby, dislikes are , on my hall someone was smoking weed and the room had a smell , I had to go out and get sanitizer and air freshener and actually I thought I booked another hotel but I just settled for this hotel and couldn’t cancel reservations.

It’s ok. You don’t get clean towels everyday. Room is not cleaned everyday

The fire alarm went off through out the night. We got no sleep. Other than that the Hotel was fine.

No complaints. I’ve stayed there two nights in a row and the staff was fabulous. I will stay there again

The first night the microwave did not work so they put me in another room .So i left and had to come back for one more night , the room i got this time the hair dryer did not work , the tv in this room could not pick up as many channels as the other room i had .

They gave me room 217 the microwave did not work so they gave me a different room , i checked the next day and came back for another night , this room the hair dyer did not work , the tv could not pick up all the channels as the one before

Ac was on in room and it's on the 40s outside. Bathroom was dirty. Shampoo a bed conditioner was used.
