Was booked dual queen beds. This room 416 had 2 full size beds. Definitely NOT QUEEN
The check-in took entirely too long. There's a $100 deposit/incidental fee that you recieve back which is normal for hotels; however, it wasn't mentioned on Orbitz or the hotels' official website. They don't accept online bank cards such as Chime, Venmo, etc. which isn't mentioned on Orbitz or the hotels' official website either. Overall the hotel was okay. It was in a really good area with lots of restaurants near by to choose from.
Front desk could’ve been a little nicer. We came in at 12:00 am and I called ahead of time to let them know I would a little late. No problems checking in or out. Comfy room with cold A/C

The staff was very nice and attentive-and if I was basing it entirely on staff, this review would be amazing. Unfortunately, the property is not well maintained. The elevator stunk, the halls stunk, the rooms stunk. The bathroom was dirty. The siding was falling off the wall. There were splatters of 'something' on the walls. Overall, the owners need to invest in fixing up their property. The pool was also green and disgusting-and we picked this place so the kids could swim after 7 hours in the car.
