Our King size bed was very comfortable and the staff - from the hotel staff to the casino staff - was very friendly and accommodating. Huge kudos to the hotel clerk - Jacquita. Almost appeared to be specifically designed to not be comfortable for guests and to purposely direct the guest to move to the attached casino as quickly and as often as possible. We were also told that room cleenup would not be available during our stay. The room was 144.00 per night make your own judgement.
