Had to pay extra for a microwave wasn't one in room took 2hrs to deliver, had to ask for a trash can then liner was a 50 gallon bag, no coffee pot glad we brought one, was not a 4 star stay

Horseshoe needs update!

Pipe bursts on 2nd floor and water went down into Casino floor and machines. Room was dusty. Lots of dust under living room end table. Couch dusty and looked like it had animal hair on it!! Elevator buttons were rusted!

The view was awesome! Nothing like seeing all the A/C units. lol. It was a good experience. Everyone was nice. Beds comfy. Could us better water pressure. Room clean.

The hotel property was dirty, dated, and unkept. There was a thickness of dust on the lampshades, tops of pictures, and surfaces. There was hair (that didn’t belong to me) on the shower wall. The corners & crevices of the elevators were nasty with built up dirt, the tiles were cracked, and some of the covers & switches were broken. However, the hotel and casino staff were friendly & helpful.

I stayed here 10 years ago it was nice but now it has really went down no coffee pot the add leads you to believe there's a free microwave but hidden in the fine print there's a 10 dollar a day charge. Also 1 day we didn't have hot water the hair dryer did not work all the money they take in it's a shame. Now returning back to microwave situation they should have comped it I agreed with management that I would pay for 2 of day then the money grabbers only pickup 1 day continuing the fire alarm went off at 2 am the area we evacuated in was between the hotel and garage and the gates were locked if there was an actual emergency we could have been trapped in when the all clear was given I mentioned to a staff member about it they just stared at me with a dumbfounded look done ranting they could not get me to stay there again even if they offered me a free room

Check-in staff was incredibly RUDE!! Check-in is supposed to 4pm, didn't get checked in until almost 5:30. No apologies, only excues!! Never again!!

Check in was 4PM. Did not get into room until 530PM. Room was filthy and reeked of marijuana. Was upgraded to a suite. Staff was very accommodating and understanding. No complaints on them. Steakhouse was excellent though. Overall unpleasant experience.

Lovely hotel and grounds. Self parking plentiful. Didn't see the hi-rise parking because signs are a bit confusing but lots of parking lot parking available. All staff members went out of their way to greet and be helpful. Room accommodations were beautiful.

We had no hot water in our bathroom The pool didn’t open until 10 and checkout was 11 Had to wait on housekeeping to bring us a coffemaker since we didn’t have one in the room.

Not what it use to be.

The room was dark & gloomy. Room stayed warm with ac on 60. Room was ok, clean of what could be seen, mold in shower. The hallways were dirty, it has really gone down. Only a couple friendly staff, everyone else were sad, could not even trade in some towels for clean ones. Food at both diners was not worth the expense. The pool was cloudy, needed to be cleaned daily due to bird feathers & bugs floating. Enjoyed the quiet time at the pool area.
