So many things negative things- 1) Wrong room...did not get the room I ordered NOR did my handicap mom..... 2) trying to swim sat before wedding, and maintenane decides that sat at 12pm is the perfect time to shock pool so we couldn't swim 3) my mom being handicap and her even calling to confirm her room and no handicap room for her.. She FELL getting out of shower. The only nice things I can say about this hotel is the nice lady who worked the front desk.
