We are two elderly and disabled individuals in a small motorhome, which nearly fits in one parking space. After we checked in, we were told that we would have to park our motorhome in the truck parking, adjacent but out of sight. With one of us on a rollator, traversing the gravel parking lot for that distance would be too much difficulty. Front desk called manager. Manager refused to refund the entire amount we just paid, even though we never even opened the room door and went inside. They kept one night room charge and refunded the rest. Unacceptable!! Totally unaccommodating toward our disability!

I initially booked a room at America Best Balue Inn in Winona,Ms. Upon getting there, the clerk said he couldn’t get my itinerary in the system. My wife and I decided to just get a room in Greenwood,Ms closer to my Mother house. We never stayed at this hotel but was still charged. That’s why the review was low.

Great place to stop for the value, convenient to interstate. Property is older but very clean and quiet. Better hotels close, but overpriced for area. Staff were very helpful, hot breakfast, we were glad we booked here.

Friendly staff. Rooms are always clean each time I stay. The rooms have all the must have and rooms are spacious. . I have stayed here multiple times. I will book again. Best thing about the room-comfy bed.

Small town with a good hotel

The hotel is older with current updated renovations with new paint, flooring, decor. Room had nice amenities with a microwave, refrigerator, and was handicap accessible. The bottom inch around the shower needed a good scrubbing as mold and mildew were growing. That and the fact that just outside the room area were tons of cigarette butts that should have been cleaned up, at least once a week. The room was comfortable, and the beds were relaxing. The area had several things to choose from for a meal. Local shopping was within about 2 miles of the location of the inn. I would stay here again.

This was a decent place to get some sleep for the night as a stopover. Just know it could not be the quietest in the AM as folks (some pretty early) leave. Decent hot breakfast was a good surprise.

Front desk lady didn’t have a clue what she was doing. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for her to check us in. We were the ONLY ONES THERE and had prepaid. Not friendly at all and gave us no reason why she wasn’t checking us in. I truly was afraid she was scamming my credit card.
