We had a Marine Corps reunion and we all stayed at the Hyatt Place. What we all noticed was that the ENTIRE staff was awesome. Even the OWNER came and interacted with us. Our intention was to go to a different city each year. However we are already planning to come back to Biloxi and again stay at the Hyatt Place. The staff, food, and location and amenities are top notch. I personally live in Pensacola florida and we are planning to have weekend getaways and stay at the Hyatt. I cannot say enough GOOD THINGS about our experience. THANKS HYATT PLACE!

This hotel is AWESOME!!!!!! Right on the beach - you walk out from the basement level right onto the pool deck which is immediately adjacent to the beach. There is a restaurant in the hotel - so you don't need to leave the hotel to go eat lunch or dinner (although the menu options are a bit pricey for what you get). The complementary breakfast was awesome. We loved that there was a sitting/living room area in each room (that also could be made into a third bed), and the views of the ocean from our balcony were stellar. Shopping (including a Walmart) is only 2 blocks away. We loved the pool and the lazy river - we didn't want to leave the hotel! :)

This was a very clean hotel and an amazing staff. The breakfast is a great combination to start your day out with some health fuel. You could see dolphins swimming at the beach. Good restaurants close by. Pool was clean and relaxing. The rooms are roomy and have comfortable beds. Definitely giving the staff 5 stars for friendliness.
